As of July 2, 2008, 62 Tennessee jurisdictions have been identified as having adopted the International Fire Code to compliment their Adoption of the International Family of Building Codes.  Another two are in process of adopting the IFC by year's end.  This is up considerably from the 33 identified last March. 
 
This amounts to a foreseeable potential total of 64 Tennessee jurisdictions.
 
Terry Cobb, Codes Director of Metro Nashville, ICC Board Member and ICC liaison to TBOA, compiled this list.  It includes a verification procedure with each local jurisdiction listed.  We have asked him to include us with updates.
 
Clocking with Terry  Note - any jurisdictions appearing on this page (below) do not yet appear on the download PDF - Terry is reporting them so fast that we shall update the download with the totals at days end.
